Annual report on company performance

Homesteaders Life Company sustains a business culture and financial philosophy that provides long-term security for our policy owners, customers, and employees. We provide an overview of our financial performance on a calendar year basis via our Annual Report of Company Performance document, released following our annual policy owner meeting, which occurs the last Monday in February.

Excerpt from Chief Operating Officer Steve Lang’s comments in the report on 2012 performance:

“2012 was a solid year. Our plan called for a 4% sales increase while also introducing our new product portfolio. To increase sales, launch a totally new product offering and re-contract some 4,000 agents over a seven-month period was a huge task…both in the field and the home office. We are pleased to report we were up to the challenge.”
