Homesteaders Welcomes New Account Executives

Des Moines, Iowa — Homesteaders VP-Field Sales, Dan Lodermeier announced today the addition of two new account executives, Phillip Anglin serving funeral homes in western Tennessee, western Kentucky and northern Mississippi, and Terri Bordenkircher who will serve funeral homes in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky.

“Both Phillip and Terri have impressive track records in the funeral industry, specifically relating to pre-need,” said Lodermeier.  “Phillip and Terri join the largest and most experienced pre-need field force in the country, reinforcing our continued commitment to funeral home success.”

Anglin, most recently the Regional Manager for Matthews International, was responsible for the growth and retention of accounts in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.  “I am excited about joining Homesteaders Life Company,” he says. “I know the most important thing I can do is listen to and understand my customers’ needs and goals and how they can join with Homesteaders to achieve those goals.”

Bordenkircher brings more than seventeen years of funeral service experience to her territory. She is a licensed funeral director and is a certified preplanning consultant. Bordenkircher takes over for veteran account executive Tim O’Neill who retired after nearly 20 years. “I understand the importance of bringing value to the funeral homes in my region and my ability to continue to deliver on Homesteaders commitment to help them meet their goals and achieve success,” she says.

Focused solely on funeral insurance funding and support, Homesteaders is the number one choice of independent funeral home owners among the nationally-known providers. The company began the Account Executive program more than 20 years ago to meet the needs of the expanding pre-need market. Homesteaders is associated with nearly 4,000 funeral homes and 8,000 licensed agents across the United States. Visit homesteaderslife.com for more information.
