Who I am

Bordenkircher Family PhotoI trained as a funeral director and hold my life insurance license in Kentucky and Indiana, which gives me insight into the needs of the funeral home customers I serve. I am all about my family, and I enjoy attending my grandchildren’s sporting events. I have served as Ambassador for the Louisville, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and as part of the Silver Creek Conservation Club. I also enjoy adding new activities to my list of “things I know how to do.” Currently, I am learning how to target shoot, and I am taking archery lessons. I am an amateur guitarist and a “beginner” drummer - I hope to become a better drummer in my spare time.

For more than 20 years, I have looked at many insurance companies through the eyes of an agent and the eyes of a funeral director. During my time at Homesteaders, I have helped many agents and funeral homes meet benchmarks for success, and look forward to continuing to provide high-quality support.
