West Des Moines, Iowa — Homesteaders Life Company has announced the 2027 destinations for their Producer Incentive Program, inviting top-performing preneed professionals to celebrate their achievements in two unforgettable locations: the sun-soaked beaches of Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and the historic elegance of Quebec City, Canada.

Homesteaders’ Producer Incentive Program recognizes outstanding performance through exclusive, professionally hosted experiences that go beyond traditional rewards. Qualifiers earn a one-of-a-kind travel experience for themselves and a guest, offering time to relax, connect and be recognized alongside top-performing peers.

“Our incentive trips are about more than the destination, they’re about recognizing the funeral professionals whose work makes a real difference for families,” said Will Bischoff, Homesteaders SVP-Strategic Markets. “We’re excited to celebrate our top producers in two incredible locations in 2027, while continuing to evolve the program in ways that reflect how our partners serve families today.”

Established in 1998, Homesteaders’ Leaders Conference is the company’s flagship incentive experience, honoring those achieving the highest levels of production. In 2027, qualifiers will stay at Secrets® Moxché Playa del Carmen, a luxury, all-inclusive, adults-only resort set along Mexico’s lush Riviera Maya. Homesteaders Club qualifiers will travel to Quebec City, staying at the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, where elegant accommodations, historic cobblestone streets and world-class dining create a truly memorable escape.

New for 2027, Homesteaders is also introducing a key enhancement to the program. Simple Return away-from-home protection will now count toward qualification criteria, providing additional opportunities for eligible producers to earn incentive trip recognition.

“This is something our producers have been asking for, and we're pleased to be able to offer it,” Bischoff said. “Adding Simple Return to the qualification criteria recognizes the value away-from-home protection brings to families and gives our partners more ways to be rewarded for their hard work.”

Together, these experiences reflect Homesteaders’ commitment to recognizing excellence and celebrating the producers whose work makes a lasting impact on the families they serve.
